We want you to love your ride, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Onewheel or accessories within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition. Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be authorized by our support team.

Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your Onewheel and accessories in their original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; keep your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
