How long does it take to learn how to ride a Onewheel?
Most riders get the hang of it within 15 to 30 minutes. The board uses advanced self-balancing technology to help you stay upright, making the learning curve much smoother than traditional board sports.
What is the shipping timeframe for new boards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy for Onewheel products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that once a board has been ridden, it is no longer eligible for a return due to safety and resale regulations.
Do Onewheels come with a warranty?
Yes, every new Onewheel comes with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. The footpads, tire, and battery are covered for 6 months or 1,000km, while the main components are covered for 1 year.
Can I fly with my Onewheel on a commercial airline?
The Onewheel Pint is generally compliant with FAA regulations regarding battery size, but the Onewheel GT and Pint X exceed the limit. We always recommend checking with your specific airline before traveling.
Are Onewheels waterproof?
Onewheels are water-resistant and designed to handle damp pavement or light splashes. However, they are not waterproof and should never be submerged in water or ridden through deep puddles.
